About Hannah Njambi Njoroge
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Hannah Njambi Njoroge, who passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
Hannah Njambi Njoroge was born in 1981 in Kimeria, Githunguri Sub-County, Kiambu County, to John Njoroge Karemeri and Elizabeth Wanjiru Njoroge. She began her education at Kanjai Primary School before transferring to Riamute Primary School, where she completed her KCPE exams in 1998.
Hannah was the beloved wife of Peter Njoroge Ngugi and a loving mother to John Ngugi, Brian Njoroge, and Angel Nungari. She was a cherished sister to Grace Muthoni Ng’ang’a, Henry Karemeri, George Kagunda, Peter Kago, Njogu Njoroge, Beth Wambui, Zachary Wainaina, and Nyambura Njoroge.
In 2001, Hannah met her husband, Peter Njoroge, and they married according to Kikuyu traditional customs. She dedicated her life to her family and her business work.
Hannah’s health began to decline in 2021, and she sought treatment at Kijabe and Kenyatta National Hospital. On September 17, 2024, she was hospitalized at Kenyatta National Hospital, where she received treatment until the Lord called her home on October 12, 2024. She rested at the age of 43, leaving behind her husband and three children.
Funeral Arrangements
Family, relatives, and friends are gathering at her home in Riamute, Githunguri, for prayers and funeral arrangements starting at 5:00 PM.
The cortege will leave Mukoe Funeral Home, Githunguri, on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at her home.
Hannah, you have fought a good fight of faith. May you rest in peace.
